We understand that sometimes life happens and you need to reschedule or cancel a session. We are happy to reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged the full appointment fee. Thank you for your consideration.
Shorten your Intake Process
Please download and complete the intake forms before your visit, or arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete them in the office. The link is also included in your new patient scheduler email.
